Your Data
Data deletion
Last updated July 2026. This is a plain-language summary and not legal advice; it is under attorney review.
What we hold
If you have sent us an inquiry, we hold the name, email address, event, and message you gave us, stored in our email marketing platform so we can correspond with you. We also collect anonymous website analytics through Google Analytics. We do not sell your data. See our privacy notice for the full picture.
How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, and we will. Use the inquiry form, write “delete my data” in the message, and give the email address you originally contacted us with so we can find your record. We may confirm your identity before we act, to make sure we are deleting the right person's information.
What happens next
We remove your name, email address, and inquiry details from our email marketing platform within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Anonymous analytics data is not tied to your identity and expires on Google's standard retention schedule. If we are legally required to keep a record of a completed booking, we tell you what we must retain and why.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we hold, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. These deletion steps satisfy that request.
