Who we are

Sports Travel Zone is a service of Early and Away Travel, LLC, a registered seller of travel. California CST 2155818-70. Florida ST43282.

How we are paid

We earn a commission when you book. That is our entire compensation from a booking, and it does not change what we recommend.

Booking, payment, and cancellation terms

These are the terms that govern your booking. We put them in plain language here so you know them before you ever speak to us. Your booking is transacted by a licensed tour operator, and the operator's full written reservation terms and conditions apply to your trip. No payment is taken through this website.

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable. You reserve a package with a per-person deposit, and that deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Amounts you pay toward the balance are non-refundable as well.
  • Final payment. The balance is due before the event on a set schedule, typically 60 days before departure. Your exact dates are confirmed in writing when you book.
  • Airfare. When air travel is included, it is paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable once ticketed.
  • Event tickets and hotel-only bookings are final. All sales of event tickets and hotel-only reservations are final. There are no refunds, changes, or exchanges once booked.
  • If you cancel. Any amount already paid cannot be refunded. A name change may be possible at the operator's and the hotel's discretion, and any resulting fees are your responsibility.
  • If an event is postponed or cancelled. If an event is postponed and your tickets remain valid, you receive updated tickets and are responsible for any new travel and lodging arrangements. If an event is cancelled, a credit toward future travel is available only to the extent the ticket or hotel vendor refunds the operator.
  • Prices. Package prices are quoted per person and depend on how many people share a room. Your rate is fixed once your deposit is received.
  • Travel insurance. Because deposits and payments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect what you pay against cancellation, medical issues, and travel disruption.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with any event, league, team, venue, or official sponsor named on this site. Event names are used descriptively, to identify the events we arrange travel for.
